We were traveling through town and had an issue with our boat trailer. Called on a Friday night at 430pm and without hesitation helped us determine we were close to blowing a tire, they changed it and we were back on the road. Great service, kind people. Thanks again!

I got in to town last Sunday and my alternator went out. The next day I had it towed to Northside automotive in Montello. They kept me updated on my car situation. While traveling from Illinois, I experienced an engine problem. I took my car to Northside Automotive for some diagnostic testing to get to the bottom of the cause. Kayla got me in the same day that I called which I so greatly appreciated! Their customer service is top tier! The auto technician was so thorough!! He checked everything! By the grace of God he also caught some safety issues that had been overlooked by other mechanics at home. If I lived here, Northside Automotive would be my go to vehicle maintenance facility!!
