I can't express my gratitude to Northside Automotive enough! My husband and I traveled 2.5 hours up to our family cabin last night. In the last leg of our trip my car started thudding and shaking so badly that I was certain it was going to just come apart then and there! Stressing out about what was wrong, cost, how we were going to get home with our dog for work next week plagued my sleep! I found Northside on Google, and reading the reviews confirmed my decision to go there! Online appointments showed no availability until August 8th, but we decided to try in person, the worst that could happen was be told they were booked up, right? Not only did they get my car in, diagnosed and parts ordered to get us on the road Monday, we were also given a loaner so we weren't trapped at the cabin living off hot dogs and s'mores! Highly recommend! Thank you for saving our weekend!

First time visiting, just moved into the area. Loved the old fashioned treatment with a modern flare. Clean shop and upfront pricing made me a customer for life.

I've recently moved into the area and found Northside Automotive for my auto repair needs. The building is clean and appears to be organized. The staff is always pleasant. I have no complaints about my service. The prices are great. I will make Northside Automotive my permanent auto shop.

We had a flat and got towed here and they were super helpful!! They even gave us a ride and stayed after close to make sure we could get on our way. The staff was great and they did a good job on the car.
