Awesome Office Staff - always willing to help and answer questions or concerns. The Technicians do exactly what needs to be done and in a timely manner. We have 3 Chevrolet Express vans one with over 500,000 miles, 1 with close to 300,000 and 1 with over 220,000, plus a Chevy Traverse with 290,000 miles. The technicians are the ones that keep us rolling down the road safe & sound!

Northside automotive did a great job on my car, it runs great just as it should. I would have given them five stars except I noticed a black mark on the center of my hood that doesn’t come off that wasn’t there before and I own a white car so it’s noticeable.

My dad and I were stranded in the middle of the state, half way on your way up to the northwoods, when our truck randomly started having major issues. On a Friday afternoon at noon, also in the middle of a state-wide snow storm, nobody was willing to help, not even tow trucks. Northside was our last resort and we had heard about them from a local who saw us struggling. We called and they had zero issues getting us diagnosed. They even offered us a ride to anywhere we might need to go and gave us a list of options with everything they could possibly do to help us. We will never forget this team and everything they did for us!!
