I have used Northside Automotive for a range of different services over the last seven years. My husband is one who does a lot of work on our cars, but when he can't, we come here. Lisa and Sean are wonderful, as well as their staff. We get quality service, and they make sure we know what is going on with our car. There is no run around, and the time frame is always short. We never get pushed into something we don't need, and we feel very confident in their suggestions. These folks are also very vested in the community and give back all the time. In my book, that is above and beyond customer service and just another reason to keep coming back.
