I have an older foreign vehichle. After breaking down two mechanics in my area refused to even look at it. One other mechanic did look at it, and claimed he "fixed" it two separate times, but he did not (I got scammed).The people at Northside Auto glady took it in, looked at it, and actually fixed it. They had to work very hard to even find parts, but they never gave up on my vehicle. They kept me informed, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. I have never seen such a professional, hard working group of people. I will NEVER take my vehicles anyplace else. I have told all my family and friends about my experience, and now they will be customers there as well. Unfortunately, it is rare to find these honest, thorough, and hard working businesses nowadays, so it is very refreshing to see Northside Auto is one! I worked specifically with Sean and Ashley. Could never be more satisfied!!
