The staff at Northside Automotive were very professional and helpful in getting my Jeep in for oil change/maintenance and diagnosing a slight problem. They provided a detailed report of what was done and what the manufacturer suggests be done. Would definitely go back again.

AMAZING!!! We took our vehicle to them with trans issues. The diagnosed it and suggested a new trans. They checked used and repair of current trans with a lot of research on Lisas part and came to the conclusion new was the only way to go for used would have the same inherent issues as this was common on this vehicle. We did opt not to repair the car, rather salvage it instead. They may not have gotten this repair job from us, but, they have most certainly gained a new loyal customer! We appreciate all efforts given by them so much!!! 5 + stars!!!

i have been going to northside for years now and do not have a single complaint.the girls upfront are very friendly and the mechanics are totally awesome and honest.they even show me pictures of the replaced parts.I can honestly say the are the best!!!!being a single lady who knows more than they think this a big relief not getting ripped off.If i could give 100 stars i would...northside you are truly the best!!!!

Hey, I'm a yonger guy that doesn't have much mechanical knowledge so I usually get screwed over by every mechanic I've been too. Part of which is due to me not knowing the correct parts and brands to request; With that I'm also very patient and want to trust the professionals which can also lead to trouble. I've gone to Northside quite a few times now and I can honestly say they take pride in the quality of their work, I'm not used to that atmosphere when it comes to mechanics in Wisconsin. They are family run and from what I can see they are honest reliable people who go out of their way to fix the problem before it becomes one OR at the very least inform you of the problems to come.
